The goal of this event is for high school students to explore current employment opportunities, discover future careers, and develop workforce knowledge and skills.
Keynote Speaker: Adrian Hale
Adrian Hale is the Director of Economic and Community Development at Foundry Digital. His work experience is in talent strategy, workforce development, and education advocacy. Adrian started his career enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating from High School. While in active duty in the Marines, Adrian deployed to Afghanistan twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
He studied and graduated from both MCC and Yale University where he studied social and political science. As a student, Adrian got to conduct in-depth analyses of some of Rochester's most pressing challenges and later as a member of the Democrat and Chronicle's Editorial Board, he led a public information campaign to both advocate for and identify education solutions for RCSD titled, "Time to Educate" (TTE).
In 2020, he was named one of Rochester Business Journal's top 40 under 40, as well as an Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) honoree.
